Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We offer full training through our Training Academy and ongoing support. You’ll train to DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and coaching, earning around £38 per hour on average and the potential to hit higher annual earnings with more hours.

New instructors can start with trainee licenses after DVSA Part 2 and training fees may be repaid after one year; work locally within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help learners progress through DVSA training stages.
• Provide safe, supportive driving instruction and feedback.
• Maintain student records and training plans as part of the academy.
