Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Expect to earn competitive rates with lesson pay around £38 per hour and a path to annual earnings of £39k–£50k+ by working varying hours. You'll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required to start the Trainee Driving Instructor role.
• DVSA requirements must be met, including holding a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Flexible working hours and ongoing support through the training academy.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers during the Training Academy and practical sessions.
• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 progression with guidance from coaches.
• Deliver driving lessons once qualified and help learners reach license goals.
