My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we’re now recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, plus flexible working that fits around your life.

This role offers a clear pathway into a rewarding career in driving instruction. You'll train through our dedicated Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with lesson plans and in-car coaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective trainee driving instruction following DVSA guidelines.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1-3 training and assessments.
• Deliver safe, patient coaching across local postcodes.
