Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide, and we’re recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

You’ll train through our new Training Academy, using online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching to complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3. You can work flexible hours and teach locally within a 30‑minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA Parts 1–3 training with support.
• Receive structured in-car coaching and lesson plans.
• Teach learners locally within a 30‑minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
