My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify.

As a trainee, you’ll train through our Training Academy, earn typically £38 per hour, and potential annual earnings climb with hours worked. Flexible scheduling includes weekday, evenings, weekends, and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Receive full training and ongoing support.
• Train through our Training Academy with online learning and in-car coaching.
• Teach learners nationwide across the UK.
