My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No previous experience is required because we provide full training, ongoing support and a clear pathway to qualification.

You’ll earn around £38 per hour for lesson time, with typical earnings up to £39k per year for a 32‑hour week, or £50k+ for a 40‑hour week. Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in‑car coaching.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, no bans in last 5 years.
