My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to join a 5‑star rated driving school with 500 instructors. No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Earn around £38 per hour with pathways to £39k+ per year for part-time to full-time hours, potentially £50k+ with a 40-hour week. Expect flexible working hours, nationwide opportunities, and a structured progression via the Training Academy and DVSA guidance.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainee driving sessions under DVSA guidance.
• Deliver lessons in line with training academy curriculum.
• Support learners through the trainee license and DVSA stages.
