Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support, with lesson rates around £38 per hour and earnings potential of £39k+ per year for 32 hours/week.

Flexible hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius help you balance life and work. New trainees follow our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with the option to pay training fees back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• No experience required to start training and become a driving instructor.
• Flexible working options with weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time hours.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and have no more than 5 penalty points.
• You will complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 coaching to qualify as an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons to learner drivers.
• Complete DVSA training modules and lesson plans.
• Coach learners across the local area within a 30-minute radius.
