Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with a focus on helping beginners qualify through our Training Academy. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to teach locally once qualified.

Typical earnings are strong: lesson rates around £38 per hour, with up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training is provided to help you start earning sooner.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support training through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 framework.
• Provide in-car coaching and structured lesson plans for new instructors.
• Work toward becoming a qualified driving instructor under the My Four Wheels program.
