Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with no prior experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy to help you start a new career in driving instruction.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of £39k+ per year at 32 hours per week and £50k+ at 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours and nationwide coverage are available.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructing experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided.
• DVSA requirements include holding a full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, and no bans in the last 5 years.
• Training through our Training Academy combines online learning, classroom support, and in-car coaching to help you qualify.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across postcodes.
• Earn around £38 per hour on average for lessons; potential to reach £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week.
