Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No prior experience required as full training is provided through our Training Academy, with DVSA pathway support and ongoing coaching.

Expect earnings around £38/hr on average with prospects of £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, rising to £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Work locally across a wide area while gaining hands-on instruction experience and career progression.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training through the My Four Wheels Training Academy.
• Teach learners locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across multiple postcodes.
• Earn competitive rates with flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
