Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with in-car coaching.

Teach locally with flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with structured coaching.
• Support learners throughout the training journey and track progress.
