Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required - we provide full training and ongoing support, with a proven pathway through DVSA stages 1, 2 and 3.

Earn typically £38 per hour for lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year at around 32 hours weekly or over £50k at 40 hours. Train locally, flexible weekday/evening/weekend slots, nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Maintain safe and compliant driving sessions.
• Follow DVSA training steps and lesson plans.
