Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support, with earnings potential around £38 per hour and up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week.

Join our Training Academy to learn through online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with flexible hours. This provides a real path to qualification and meaningful, flexible work.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners across the UK following DVSA guidelines
• Provide lessons using the DVSA framework and lesson plans
• Schedule lessons to fit learner availability and promote flexible working patterns
