Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll train through our Training Academy and work toward DVSA Parts 1–3 with guidance from experienced instructors.

Enjoy flexible hours, with lesson rates around £38 per hour and the potential to earn £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours. Trainees can apply for a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons as a trainee instructor.
• Follow structured training and coaching program.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius of assignment.
