Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We're recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK because of record learner demand. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

You will train through our Training Academy, earn around £38 per hour, and have flexible hours with opportunities to work locally within a 30-minute radius across multiple postcodes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and in-car coaching.
• Provide ongoing support and structured training through the new Training Academy.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Education
