Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet growing learner demand. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

You can expect lesson rates around £38 per hour, with potential earnings up to £39k annually for a 32-hour week, or £50k+ for a 40-hour week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time work within a 30-minute local radius.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support.
• DVSA requirements include holding a full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no driving bans in the last 5 years, and no more than 5 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Assist learners to develop driving skills and confidence under supervision.
• Deliver structured driving lessons once training is completed.
• Follow DVSA guidelines and training plans to help learners qualify.
