Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to record learner demand. No prior experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, with DVSA-guided progression through Parts 1–3 and structured in-car coaching.

You'll start with our Training Academy, earn typically £38 per hour, and can work flexible hours; earnings range from £39k–£50k+ depending on hours worked, with local teaching within ~30 minutes of your area.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• DVSA requirements: holds a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no more than 5 penalty points; no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• Training through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and coaching provided.
• Teach locally within a typical 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
