Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited, a nationwide driving school with 500 instructors, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

You can expect lesson rates around £38 per hour and the chance to earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours per week, with higher earnings for longer hours. You’ll train through our new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with lesson plans and in-car coaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons to learners after completing training.
• Follow structured lesson plans and DVSA guidelines.
• Work flexible hours to fit student availability.
