Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Lesson rates typically around £38 per hour, with earnings up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and over £50k with 40 hours/week.

You’ll train through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with in-car coaching and structured lesson plans. Start earning sooner after DVSA Part 2, with training fees repayable after a year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers within a local radius.
• Learn and apply training provided through the Training Academy.
• Promote flexible, part-time or full-time working patterns to suit learners and instructors.
