Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK, offering full training and ongoing support with no previous experience required.

You’ll train via our academy, combining online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching to prepare you for DVSA Parts 1–3. Typical earnings begin around £38/hr, with 32–40 hours weekly pushing annual take-home toward £40k–£50k+.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius
• Deliver driving instruction in a safe and supportive manner
• Prepare learners for DVSA theory and practical tests
• Provide in-car coaching and feedback to develop driving skills
