As a Trainee Dispenser at Evaro, you will:

• Be enrolled on an NVQ 2 course in Pharmacy Dispensing
• Safely dispense and label drugs from stock
• Handle drug ordering, unpacking, date checking, and stock rotation to maintain pharmacy inventory
• Deal with patient queries via telephone, email, and live chat, referring to clinicians when necessary (no face-to-face contact)
• Help customers place medication requests and process payments
• Adhere to all dispensary standard operating procedures learned during training
