Job Description:

Overview: We're currently looking for ambitious individuals to join our team covering the East of England. This will be a hybrid role, working from home with travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hold structured meetings with individuals, face-to-face or remotely, to identify suitable study and support strategies, including non-medical helper (NMH) and travel support.
  2. Evaluate and advise on appropriate hardware, software, assistive technology, and aids for each individual.
  3. Produce formal written needs assessment reports in accordance with guidance and KPIs.
  4. Respond to post-assessment queries from customers or funding bodies within required timeframes.
  5. Review customer needs upon request.
