Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in Chapeltown, Sheffield, is seeking two dynamic and enthusiastic trainees to join our team as HP Digital Press Operators. If you are technically minded, enjoy hands-on work and want to start or change your career in high‑tech manufacturing, this is your entry into the industry.

You’ll be trained to operate, calibrate and maintain HP Indigo digital presses, producing premium printed rolls for our lamination team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided for the trainee role.
• Interest in hands-on manufacturing and problem solving in a high-tech environment.
• Ability to work as part of a shift-based team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate, calibrate and maintain HP Indigo digital presses.
• Produce premium printed rolls for the lamination team.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep machinery clean and well‑performing.

What You’ll be Doing?

Based in our site in Chapeltown, Sheffield, you’ll be trained to operate, calibrate and maintain our state of the art HP Indigo digital presses.

• Deliver Quality: Produce premium printed rolls of polymer films (PE, BOPP, PET) for our lamination team.
• Maintain & Troubleshooting: Keep high-tech machinery clean, calibrated, and performing at its best. .
• Exceed Expectations: Play a key role in delivering high-impact packaging to our customers.

• 40 hours per week. Shifts, Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am.
