The Role

  • Adhere to high Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Perform dimensional and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Set and operate machinery both manually and via computer systems.
  • Maintain flexibility in operating various machines and ensure they are cleaned and maintained.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with your Team Leader.
  • Keep accurate production records and help improve KPIs through efficient use of labour and resources.
  • Minimise downtime by planning ahead and ensuring material availability.
  • Assist in prioritising tasks to maximise team productivity.
