Job description

We are advertising for a client who requires trainee dental nurses for the expansion of their busy and well established NHS and Private 18 surgery dental practice in Widnes, Cheshire.

The position is full time between Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays (paid at time and a half).

Training within the practice will include:

* being able to carry out high quality dental nursing to assist each clinicians with dental procedures
* ensuring that all cross-infection and decontamination procedures are carried out in correctly
* Preparing and closing of the surgeries
* Health and Safety procedures
* Infection Control procedures
* Basic First Aid & Medical Emergencies
* Patient Confidentiality and GDPR procedures

Minimum wage will be paid whilst in training.

The successful candidate would enrol with The Academy of Dental Nursing to gain their City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.
