Job Title: Trainee Dental Nurse

Location: Camberwell, London SE5

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: GBP13.50 - GBP14.20 per hour

Operating Hours:

1. Monday & Wednesday: 9 AM - 6 PM
2. Tuesday & Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
3. Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
4. Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM - 2 PM

Role Overview:

In this role, you will support experienced general and specialist dentists, learning a wide range of dental procedures while providing exceptional patient care. If you're eager to advance your dental career and thrive in a collaborative environment, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare patients for their appointments, ensuring their comfort and readiness.
2. Assist with infection control by sterilising instruments, setting up trays, and preparing materials.
3. Support dentists and dental hygienists during various procedures and handle dental emergencies as needed.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and provide clear instructions on oral health and post-operative care.
5. Manage dental equipment, order supplies, and keep inventory organised.
6. Learn and perform procedures such as taking alginate impressions, ITero scans, and radiographs (training provided if necessary).
