Grosvenor Casinos is recruiting a Trainee Croupier to join our Gaming Academy programme in a fast-paced, live casino setting in the UK. You will learn on the casino floor, interacting with customers and delivering unforgettable experiences as you train to thrive in a 24/7 entertainment business.

The five-week Grosvenor Gaming Academy will equip you with essential skills, confidence, and hands-on practice to shine.

Qualifications

• Good numerical ability and mental arithmetic; able to calculate mentally and quickly.
• Very good communication and social skills as you'll be at the forefront of delivering a top experience for our customers

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to deliver a top experience on the casino floor.
• Support live gaming operations and ensure smooth customer service throughout shifts.
• Be flexible to work night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 entertainment environment
