No previous experience is needed, as full training will be provided. Upon completion, you will have a job guarantee with a salary range of £24K-£45K. This flexible package can be completed at your own pace, whether you are working full-time, part-time, or unemployed. The traineeship consists of four simple steps:

1. Online Training: Complete industry-recognised IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco via multimedia-rich videos, presentations, and quizzes from home. An expert tutor will support you throughout.
2. Practical Training: Gain hands-on experience using our cutting-edge Livelabs, essential for certifications and staying current with new technologies.
3. Official Exams: Sit for the CompTIA A+ exams to obtain globally recognised certifications, highly valued in entry-level IT roles.
4. IT Technician Placement (£24K-£30K): Secure your first role as an IT Technician, earning between £24K and £30K. Gain two years' experience to qualify for a cyber security analyst role. Cyber Security Role: After completing the required training and gaining two years' experience, you can transition into a Cyber Security Technician role, where the starting salary averages around £45K. We partner with large IT companies facing a shortage of qualified cyber security staff.
