Role Overview
Customer Service & Experience: Learn how to provide excellent customer care by listening to customer needs, building rapport, and contributing to a positive experience at every stage of their journey with the dealership.
Team Collaboration & Communication: Work alongside team members to support customer service efforts, help with showroom tasks, and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive environment for visitors.
Learning & Development: Participate actively in the Academy programme, keep learning logs, and prepare for regular reviews with your manager and mentor to track your progress and development.
Product Knowledge & Support: Learn about and assist customers with in-car technology, helping them understand features and providing the right support to meet their needs.
