Genting Casinos UK Ltd. is recruiting a trainee croupier to join the Stratford pre-opening team and learn to deal roulette and blackjack during a six-week Training School.

On successful completion you will progress to a salary of £28,459, become eligible for tips, and have opportunities to develop within the Genting network, including potential roles at the future Trocadero Casino opening in London. An additional £1,000 bonus is paid during your first year.

Qualificações

No experience? No problem. Join our paid six-week Training School at Genting Casino Stratford and learn the skills needed to become a professional croupier dealing casino games. On successful completion, you'll receive a salary increase to £28,459, become eligible for tips, and join the opening team at Trocadero Casino, one of London's most exciting new entertainment destinations estimated late 2027. Plus, you'll receive an additional £1,000 bonus during your first year (£500 after 6 months and £500 after 12 months), with clear opportunities to develop and progress your career at Genting Casinos UK.

Please note, during the pre-opening period, you’ll be based at Genting Casino Stratford while we prepare for the launch of Trocadero Casino. You may also have the opportunity to work across other Genting Casino locations in London, gaining valuable experience and exposure ahead of joining the Trocadero opening team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking to recruit a trainee croupier, no previous gaming experience is necessary, if you are passionate about delivering great customer service and are willing to learn this could be the role for you. All training will be provided in an initial 6-week training school where you will learn to deal popular casino games including roulette and blackjack. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for dealing the casino games to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastic, bubbly personality ready to deliver outstanding customer service.


• Confident with a can-do mindset.


• An efficient team player.


• Flexible attitude to work - able to work shifts including nights and weekends to support our business.


• Good maths skills to enable correct calculation of customers bets.


• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.


• Please note applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a DBS check (no criminal record) in order to obtain a gaming license.


• Candidates must be flexible to work in central London and the surrounding areas.
