Genting Casinos UK is recruiting a trainee croupier for its Stratford program. No experience needed; six weeks of paid training cover popular games like roulette and blackjack.

Upon successful completion, you’ll move to a salary of £28,459, become eligible for tips, and join the Trocadero Casino opening team in London in late 2027. You’ll learn on-site in Stratford during pre-opening and may work across other Genting locations in London to gain experience and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive six-week training provided.
• Must be 18 or older, have right to work in the UK, and be able to pass a DBS check.
• Good maths skills to handle bets accurately.
• Flexible to work shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• During the six-week training, learn to deal roulette and blackjack and other games.
• After training, you will deal casino games to customers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

No experience? No problem. Join our paid six-week Training School at Genting Casino Stratford and learn the skills needed to become a professional croupier dealing casino games. On successful completion, you'll receive a salary increase to £28,459, become eligible for tips, and join the opening team at Trocadero Casino, one of London's most exciting new entertainment destinations estimated late 2027. Plus, you'll receive an additional £1,000 bonus during your first year (£500 after 6 months and £500 after 12 months), with clear opportunities to develop and progress your career at Genting Casinos UK. Please note, during the pre-opening period, you'll be based at Genting Casino Stratford while we prepare for the launch of Trocadero Casino. You may also have the opportunity to work across other Genting Casino locations in London, gaining valuable experience and exposure ahead of joining the Trocadero opening team., We are currently looking to recruit a trainee croupier, no previous gaming experience is necessary, if you are passionate about delivering great customer service and are willing to learn this could be the role for you. All training will be provided in an initial 6-week training school where you will learn to deal popular casino games including roulette and blackjack. Once you are trained, you will be responsible for dealing the casino games to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

• Candidates must be flexible to work in central London and the surrounding areas.
