About You

• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A UK degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
• The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
