Job description

LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Cosmetic Technician. As a Cosmetic Technician, you will be responsible for addressing minor cosmetic imperfections on vehicles, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and appearance.

Join us in our modern facility where you will work with advanced technology and equipment, contributing to the aesthetic excellence of our vehicles.

Hours: 40hrs

Salary: £25,400

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Performing cosmetic repairs such as paint repairs, scratch removals, minor dent repairs.
  • Alloy wheel repair experience not essential but preferred.
  • Polishing and detailing of vehicles and applying paint protect products, training given.
  • Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all cosmetic repairs.
  • Conducting inspections to confirm that repairs meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.

You Will Need

  • Previous experience in cosmetic vehicle repairs or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential.
