As we embark on our next expansion phase, we're seeking tenacious, career-motivated, and passionate individuals to join our team.

In this role, you will work across the group, placing Technical & Engineering professionals into long-term contract roles for our USA clients across Engineering, Technology, Construction & Energy divisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our group's highest performing team, supporting our American clients from our luxurious offices in Bristol City Centre, earning exceptional income while progressing into leadership or directorship roles.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with ambitions for leadership and high earnings through our commission structure.

The Role:

1. Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position
2. Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
3. Candidates: Managing job vacancies, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
4. Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 7pm & Fridays: 8am - 4pm
