Job Description:

Due to continued growth and expansion, our reputable, innovative, and dynamic client within the construction and interiors industry has a brand-new permanent vacancy for an Administrator to join their team.

Based within the offices in Gloucester, this role offers a supportive and flexible work environment, with a low staff turnover. The position provides variety, internal development opportunities, and benefits including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

No previous office experience is necessary, as long as you have a willingness to learn. We seek someone with a positive attitude and personality, eager to do a good job, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Source equipment and materials from the company supplier list.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Occasionally collect and move heavy equipment from storage for pickup.
  • Ensure project timelines are met, follow up with departments as needed.
  • Perform general administration and ad-hoc office duties.

Key Attributes:

  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Own transport preferred.
  • Reliable.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary: £25,500 (negotiable depending on experience) + benefits.
