About the Role

We’re seeking a Trainee Construction Analyst with strong numeracy, attention to detail, and a curious mindset. No prior industry experience is required—just a solid grasp of numbers and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  1. Supporting cost tracking and budgeting across construction projects
  2. Assisting with reporting, scheduling, and data analysis
  3. Reviewing supplier quotes, quantities, and materials usage
  4. Producing progress updates for project managers
  5. Learning to interpret technical drawings and site documents
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong maths skills and a logical, detail-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • 5 GCSEs (grades 4-9 / A-C), including Maths and English
  • A-levels in Maths, Business, or STEM subjects are advantageous
