You’ll learn how to speak with clients, understand their businesses, assess their insurance requirements, approach insurers, negotiate cover and help put together appropriate insurance programmes. As your knowledge and confidence develop, so will your responsibilities.
The company will also pay for you to study towards recognised Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, allowing you to build professional credentials alongside your practical experience.

You don’t need insurance experience, and you don’t need to know exactly what you want to do for the next 40 years. You might have recently completed A-levels, a college course or a university degree and simply be looking for an interesting career with genuine prospects.
