Job Description:

We are working with a well-established and growing insurance brokerage that is looking to hire a motivated individual ready to advance from a handler role to an Account Executive position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious, eager to learn, and seeking a clear development path within a supportive and experienced team.

The role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon or Nuneaton, depending on your location, and you will join a company that invests in its employees. The team boasts a strong track record of staff retention, with many employees staying for over a decade. You will be supported by knowledgeable colleagues and receive hands-on mentoring as you transition into a client-facing role over 9 to 12 months.

The ideal candidate is currently working as a commercial insurance handler with a solid understanding of products such as property owners, PI, fleet, and commercial combined. Experience with Acturis is a bonus but not essential. Your attitude is most important; you should be driven, personable, and eager to grow.
