Trainee CNC Programmer

Commutable from Lanark, Glasgow, Clydebank, Paisley, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Cumbernauld, Kilmarnock, Edinburgh, Livingston, Broxburn, Larkhall, and more

Are you experienced with CNC, CAD/CAM, TEKLA, or similar and seeking a company that will invest in your training to become an industry expert while maintaining a good work/life balance in a days-based role?

Join a friendly company that offers training and development into offline programming, working on prestigious UK contracts in the heavy manufacturing sector. Due to growth, they are expanding their team with a CNC Programmer.

In this role, you will primarily program a variety of machines to set up CNC manufacturing processes, with some involvement in setting and operating when needed.

Ideal candidates are those looking to train into CNC Programming, with some knowledge or experience in CNC machines, CAD/CAM, or TEKLA.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (2pm finish on Friday)
• Manufacturing workshop environment
• Offline CNC programming for various machine types
• Some machine setting and operation

The Person:

• Interested in training into CNC Programming
• Knowledge of CNC, TEKLA, or CAD/CAM
• Experience in a similar role is encouraged to apply
