Trainee CNC Programmer

Commutable from Lanark, Glasgow, Clydebank, Paisley, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Cumbernauld, Kilmarnock, Edinburgh, Livingston, Broxburn, Larkhall, and more.

Have you had any experience with CNC, CAD/ CAM, TEKLA or similar and are looking for a company who will invest in you to give you training into CNC Programming to become an expert in the industry, while enjoying a good work/ life balance within a days based role?

This company are experts in the heavy manufacturing field, working on prestigious UK contracts. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand their team with a CNC Programmer.

In this role you will predominantly be involved with programming for a wide range of machines in order to set up CNC manufacturing processes. You will also have some involvement in setting and operating when required.

The Role:

1. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (2pm finish on Friday)
2. Working in a manufacturing workshop
3. CNC programming (offline) to numerous machine types
4. Some setting and operating of the machines

The Person:

1. Looking to train into CNC Programming
2. Knowledge of CNC, TEKLA, or CAD/ CAM
3. Those with experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply
