Rate of pay: Dayshift & nightshift available - Days £17 per hour - Nights £21.45 per hour - Time & a half overtime.

As a trainee CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Completing all training in fabrication tasks as assigned by the supervisor/charge hand accurately and efficiently.
  2. Training in operating fabrication machinery, overhead cranes, and hand tools, ensuring safety and quality standards.
  3. Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets the company's high-quality standards.
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Basic knowledge of CNC Machines or experience working on a CNC machine is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Understanding of CNC machinery and operations.
  • Reliable with flexibility to work dayshift and nightshift.
  • Basic programming experience.
