What will your day look like:

  1. Proactive Case Management: You'll own your caseload, ensuring we consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your superpower? Keeping things moving smoothly.
  2. Customer Interactions: Whether it's clients or direct customers, you'll handle interactions with professionalism and a dash of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly).
  3. Third-Party Wizardry: Managing suppliers? You've got this! Drive cases to settlement while balancing service, cost, and time.
  4. Craftsmanship: Your work will be top-notch, following internal processes and guidelines. Picasso would be proud.
  5. Authority and Compliance: Stick to the rules, adhere to governance, and keep data secure. You're the claim whisperer.
  6. Self-Development: Embrace feedback, learn, and grow. PDRs and learning courses are your secret weapons.
  7. Team Player: Positive vibes, great teamwork, and a culture that feels like home.
