We’re growing and we’re looking for proactive and motivated individuals to join our Third Party Claims Operation as Trainee Operational Support Handlers.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support our claims teams across Personal Injury, Credit Hire, Property Damage, and Complex claims, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll also provide assistance to other business areas, gaining valuable insight across the claims function.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a personal development plan, and clear career progression opportunities within our growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling a variety of general claim administration tasks.
  • Raising payments to suppliers and managing bordereaux processing.
  • Managing multiple inboxes and ensuring prompt, proactive responses.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Working within personal authority limits and referring to line managers when required.
  • Supporting wider team processes and operational activities.
What We’re Looking For
  • A working knowledge of motor claims is desirable – but full training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and general industry software.
  • A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Adaptable, organised, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in building a career in insurance operations.
