If it is identified that you require sponsorship to undertake this role your application may be withdrawn MPFT are recruiting Trainee Children and Young People\'s Wellbeing Practitioners. This is an exciting opportunity to complete your training within our developing service offering low intensity interventions within wider core CAMHS within Telford and Shropshire (BeeU Service) Successful applicants will undertake training at Northampton University alongside working in MPFT and will be taught to deliver evidence based guided self-help interventions for children and young people (CYP) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

MPFT has exciting opportunities to join our teams as part of the Recruit to Train Programme in partnership with the University of Northampton. We seek highly motivated and enthusiastic mental health practitioners to work and train within our CAMHS service. Our trainees will need to possess the following qualities - An ability to study at undergraduate/postgraduate level (should have A-levels or equivalent) Be highly organised and able to manage competing demands on time Be able to form therapeutic relationships with CYP, their families, and the local community Show creativity and curiosity with a willingness to learn more, and try new approaches Have experience of working with CYP and families with mental health challenges Have a willingness to run therapeutic groups.
