Job summary

Zizzi is hiring a Trainee Chef in the United Kingdom. You’ll learn to stretch dough and make al dente pasta in our open kitchen. No previous chef experience is required — we’ll teach you the skills to build a kitchen career. You’ll be part of a team with a great attitude and a love for food.

As a Trainee Chef, you’ll develop kitchen basics, work hard during busy shifts, and grow your skills toward Chef and Head Chef roles in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

• Take absolute pride in the quality of every dish that leaves your section, ensuring it turns heads every time.
• Master our menu and specs inside and out to ensure service remains fast and consistent during busy rushes.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow all food safety procedures to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the rest of your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the energy high.
