Train as a CBT therapist through the CYP-IAPT Recruit to Train route
Balance academic learning with supervised clinical practice
Work with a small CBT caseload of children and young people
Contribute positively to the Calderdale Therapeutic Team
Some existing knowledge or experience of cognitive and/or behavioural therapy
A collaborative, compassionate and proactive approach
Commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice
Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience with children and young people
Educated to degree level or an equivalent number of University credits – this can include an appropriate Wellbeing Qualification including Level 6 or 7 University Credits i.e. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs), Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWP).
