All our Mobile Commercial Tyre technicians will be trained in REACT—Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technician's standards, which is the license to work safely on the roadside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the Trainee Technician training program (lasting 6-12 months), mentored by experienced colleagues and monitored by our H&S team. Learn policies, procedures, and complete relevant qualifications.
• Meet customer demand for all services offered
• Maintain high-quality work standards
• Pay attention to detail and demonstrate technical confidence and capability
• Follow all policies and processes to ensure work is conducted to the highest standards
• Adhere to DVSA guidelines and standards

Required Skills:

• Passion for working in the automotive industry and obtaining relevant qualifications
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Possess a full, current driving license
