Trainee Campaign Officer Fundraising Project Management Grad/Training Scheme

Salary: £24,000 starting salary, rising to £25,500 after 4-6 months, with a further increase to £29,500 after successful completion of the scheme.

About the Role

Buffalo offers an exciting graduate training scheme in the educational charity sector. Over two and a half years, you'll gain hands-on experience in fundraising campaigns, becoming a key contact and project manager for clients. Responsibilities include recruiting and training fundraising callers, coordinating meetings, managing project details, and leading teams of up to 50 students.

The role involves both office-based tasks and travel to client sites for on-site telethons, with flexibility for remote work. Full training on our systems will be provided, and you'll need strong organizational skills, clear communication, and confidence with IT.

Work Environment

Most training occurs in our modern Bristol office, with some remote work possible. The team enjoys social activities such as office lunches, breakfast pastries, team drinks, and other events.
