What’s the role about?
As part of our Menswear Buying department, you'll be joining as our Trainee Buyer, supporting with admin tasks, as well as working alongside Merchandisers, Product Developers, and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Reiss Brand.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with suppliers through launching colour lab dips, strike offs, and trim sourcing.
• Sample ordering, managing, tracking, and logging.
• Managing and maintaining the Product Pull Outs rails - identifying best and worst sellers from reports to build presentations.
• Keeping Retail, E-commerce, Press, Visual Merchandising & Franchise teams up to date on product selection, and helping drive sales.
• Staying up-to-date on fashion trends both online and in retail, presenting findings to the Buyer and Designers to develop your product knowledge.
• Contributing commercial ideas and insights to support team decisions.

Who you are

• Previous work experience in Buying is desirable.
• Degree in Fashion Buying or a related field.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Work well in a team but also excel in individual tasks.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
